Damages and Concerns
Upon receiving your order, please give it a once-over. If you discover any defects, damages, or find you've received an incorrect item, don't hesitate! Reach out to us immediately at hello@maujh.com. We're committed to making things right.

Returns
If the band you've chosen doesn't quite harmonize with your style or vision, that's alright. Return it to us in its pristine, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, and we'll refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping. Remember, each band has been handcrafted with meticulous care, so handle with love.

Custom Orders
Kindly note, our custom creations are unique to you and, as such, are non-refundable— unless, of course, there's a manufacturing hiccup. If that's the case, rest easy. We'll either repair or replace your band to uphold the Maujh promise.
